Google translates eierkoeken into pancakes. In my opinion an eierkoek is totally different from a pancake. I would call it a "Eggbiscuitcookiething" if I had to translate this word.
Today I used this recipe to bake a thin eierkoek. The original eierkoeken are thicker, but these ones filled my stumach pretty well too.
The second photo is why you should never put hard things near a working mixer. The fork bent around the whisks and in that second the mixer and fork both got messed up.
