I made sugar free cookies following this recipe. They were done in half an hour. I didn't want to test if our mixer was capable cutting the nuts, so I just took a clean towel and crushed the nuts with a rolling pin. They may not be as fine as Riet got them, and I didn't make time for perfect smooth cookies, but I'm a fan of this recipe. Yes, I'm a lazy person.
